¶1Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the petitioners today, is taken on record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed against the final judgment and degree passed in proceedings under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel as well as counsel appearing for the opposite side have raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioners have an efficacious alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy as available to them under law.
