¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the application of the petitioner dated

29.08.2023 moved by him for obtaining no objection certificate for undertaking repair and re-construction of his house.

¶2Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Nagar Nigam very fairly states that the application will be decided expeditiously.

¶3Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the application dated 29.08.2023 within four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the objection.
