¶1Sri Prabhakar Dwivedi, Advocate for petitioner, after arguing for some time, submits that matter has now been remitted back to Consolidation Officer to decide the case afresh and he submits that any observation in subsequent orders passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation may not influence the Consolidation Officer and matter be decided in accordance with law.

¶2Sri K.N. Singh, Advocate for respondents has no objection if such prayer is allowed.

¶3In these circumstances and without interfering with the impugned order, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that Consolidation Officer will decide the issue in accordance with law, after hearing submission of rival parties without being influenced by any observation made by higher Authorities.
