¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. To issue a writ order are direction in the nature the mandamus directing the respondent concern to in force and comply the order dated 17.09.2022 passed by respondent no. 2 Chief Revenue Officer and install the stone on boundary line of land the petitioner, within stipulated period. "

¶3Instructions were called and are produced by the learned Standing Counsel and same are taken on record.

¶4On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has stated that the order dated 17.09.2022 has been complied with.

5.No further orders are required to be passed in the matter as the grievance of the petitioner has been met with.
