¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Gyan Prakash Srivastava, learned counsel for the Bank.

¶2This writ petition has been filed against the notice dated

9.10.2023 issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

¶3Learned counsel for the Bank submits that when the petitioner has been served with the notice, he can always represent the Bank with regard to payment of loan.
