¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2Present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed seeking quashing of impugned order dated 29.09.2023 passed in Case No. 1699 of 2021(Smt. Putul Bhattacharya and another Vs. Anubhav Sharma), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S.-New Agra, District-Agra.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press the present application for the reliefs prayed, but requested that court below may be directed for early decision of Case No. 1699 of 2021(Smt. Putul Bhattacharya and another Vs. Anubhav Sharma), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S.-New Agra, District-Agra

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
