¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that court below be directed to decide the Sessions Case No.86 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No.503 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 504, 506, 376-D IPC and Section 5/4 of POCSO Act, P.S. Sipri Bazar, District Jhansi, expeditiously within a stipulated period.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the lower court may be directed to decide the complaint as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court.

¶4Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case within a period of eight months expeditiously fixing short dates in the matter if there is no other legal impediment.
