¶1Heard Shri Deeraj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Dhananjay Singh, learned standing counsel for the State respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Shri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.

¶2Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction in the nature of mandamus to be issued in favour of the respondent no.2 to comply with the order dated 9.5.2018 passed in Case No. T2013143661894 (Ram Janak and others vs. Ram Nath and others), under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously.

¶3Today when the matter has been taken up, learned standing counsel came up with the specific instructions which is taken on record through which it has been transpired that the order dated 9.5.2018 has been complied with and in pursuance of the same, erection of permanent marks has been done.

¶4Grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed in pursuance of the prayer as made in the instant petition and as such, there is hardly any cause of action arises in favour of petitioner to pursue the instant petition.
