¶1Heard Sri Sudhanshu Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners.

¶2By means of this writ petition petitioners have prayed to direct the Consolidation Officer, Kirtapur, District-Jaunpur, (respondent no.2) to decide the Case No.123 of 2019 (Satya Narayan and others Vs Gulab Chandra and others) under Section 9A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 within stipulated period.

¶3Taking note that before Authority concerned, on various dates the Advocates have not appeared on the ground of their call for abstention from judicial work, therefore, petitioners are directed to appear themselves or through their Advocates and shall not take any adjournment on each and every date, whenever the case is listed.

¶4This writ petition is disposed of with the direction that concerned Authority shall take endeavour to decide the above referred case, expeditiously in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment. Order Date :- 23.11.2023 SB High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
