¶1The petitioner who claims to be having plot in a colony developed by a private developer (not impleaded in the writ petition) has come up for a direction to the respondent Authority to reconstruct the boundary wall of City Enclave Colony to ensure safety and security of the occupants.

¶2Counsel for the petitioner states that the main grievance of the petitioner is against the developer who is alleged to be in collusion with the Development Authority. We find that there is also an order passed by Development Authority on 30.06.2022 for demolition of unauthorized constructions but which is not under challenge nor it has been disclosed in the writ petition as to whether the said order has attained finality or was challenged by the developer.

¶3Having regard to the above facts, we find no good ground to entertain the instant petition.
