¶1It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that he does not want to press the petition at this stage as the enquiry report has yet not been placed by the Enquiry Committee, nor any consequential action has been taken by the board till date and prays that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed at this stage..

¶2Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-University does not have any objection to the said request.
