¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "(i) issue a order to direct to the learned Civil Judge (J/D), Maharajganj to decide the original suit no. 744 of 2016 (Sathish and another Vs. Ganga Devi), pending before the court of learned Civil Judge (J/D), Maharajganj, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court"

¶3It appears that the petitioners filed an Original Suit No.744 of 2016 in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Maharajganj, seeking decree of cancellation of sale deed dated 30.5.2015.

¶4A perusal of the record of this petition reflects that certified copy of the entire order-sheet has not been enclosed, only an order dated

22.5.2023 has been enclosed which reflects that the presiding officer is on training.

¶5Under the circumstances, no relief as prayed for can be granted. However it is left open to the petitioners to move an appropriate application for expeditious consideration of the aforesaid civil suit before the court concerned. And if such an application is filed, the trial court is requested to consider the same expeditiously.
