¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2A compliance affidavit filed today, is taken on record.

¶3Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation Department, U.P. Lucknow, has cancelled the transfer order of the petitioner dated 17th November, 2023 and now the petitioner has been permitted to work on the post on which he was working at the time of passing of the transfer order dated 30.06.2023.

¶4In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall be paid salary and shall be permitted to discharge his duties at the current place of posting. Order Date :- 22.11.2023 Shiraz High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
