¶1Since there is certain defects in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.

¶2Sri Ajal Krishna, learned counsel for respondent No.3 has no objection to the dismissal of the writ petition.

¶3Under such circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
