¶1Sri Kailash Singh Yadav, learned counsel for petitioner, at the outset, submits that grievance of petitioner could be redressed if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that restoration application including stay application filed on behalf of petitioner be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from today.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel for State has no objection if such prayer is allowed.

¶3Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with above

observation/direction

that
