¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Judicial Magistrate-I, Bareilly for early decision of Case No.1019 of 2021 (State vs. Ashif Ali and others) arising out of Case Crime No.622 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Cantt., District Bareilly within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Judicial Magistrate-I, Bareilly to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, if possible, within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
