¶1Heard Shri Ram Badan Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Vivek Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 27.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 580 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Kotwali Chhibramau, District Kannauj.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 554 of 2023 has been filed on 11.11.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
