And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Ehtesham Afsar Khan,Abdul Majid Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.,Abhay Raj Singh Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Rejoinder affidavit filed today is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant; Sri Abhay Raj Singh, learned counsel for the informant; learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sajid, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.84 of 2021 under Sections 363, 366, 376(AB), 504, 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3(2)V, 3(i)r-s of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Section 5/6 of the POCSO Act, Police Station-Visharatganj, District-Bareilly, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of a minor girl with intent to marry, commission of offence of rape apart from offence under Section 5/6 POCSO Act. The victim belongs to scheduled caste. Learned counsel for the informant and learned AGA have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that victim committed suicide three months ago because of present incident. This Court after hearing the learned counsels for the parties does not finds any ground for enlarging the applicant on bail at this stage. The bail application is accordingly rejected. The court below is directed to conclude the trial against the applicant, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
