¶1Heard Shri Vidit Narayan Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Vibhav Ojha, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 28.07.2023 in Case Crime No. 71 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 506, 494 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Prayagraj.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 74 of 2023 has been filed on 02.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
