The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Hifzurrahman @ Hafizurrahman, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 635 of 2018, under Sections 147,148,149,307,302,506,34 I.P.C., Police Station Nauchandi, District Meerut. Applicant was initially enlarged on bail, which was set aside by the Apex Court on 17th February, 2020. Applicant has again approached this court for enlargement of bail since trial has not been concluded. This court finds that while setting aside the order of this court Apex Court has not granted liberty to this court or the trial court to revisit this matter. This Court after hearing the learned counsels for the parties has no option but reject this bail application. The bail application is accordingly rejected.
