¶1Heard Sri S.M.A. Abdi, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Ramesh Chandra Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent-University.

¶2Pursuant to the previous order of this Court, instructions have been placed before this Court, which are taken on record.

¶3The prayer made by the writ petitioners is to command the respondents to open the concerned login of the petitioners' Institution for B.P.Ed. Course for Academic Sessions 2023-24 and also to consider and decide the application dated 20.6.2023.

¶4Considering the nature of instructions which have been furnished by the Registrar of the University, there being various factual aspects involved in the matter and in view of the urgency pressed by the petitioners that the concerned examinations shall begin from 7.12.2023, the writ petition stands disposed of in the following terms:

(a) The petitioners are directed to serve a self attested downloaded copy of this order along with fresh application mentioning their grievance before the Registrar of the University within three days from today.

(b) The Registrar shall pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' application, after providing personal hearing to the petitioner no.1 - Manager of the Committee of Management on or before

5.12.2023.
