¶1The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that his representation for payment of allowances for door step delivery of goods to the consumer made by the fair price shop allottees is not being decided by the Principal Secretary, Food and Civil Supply, U.P., Lucknow.

¶2It would serve no useful purpose to keep the petition pending. The petition is disposed of with a direction that in case, the petitioner files a fresh representation before the the Principal Secretary, Food and Civil Supply, U.P., Lucknow, the same shall be decided within three months from the date of filing the representation.
