¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Additional district & Sessions Judge-I, Budaun for early decision of Session Trial No. 215 of 2015 (State Vs. Sukhpal and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 1355 of 2014, under Section 147, 148, 302/34 IPC, Police Station-Ujhani, District Budaun, pending in the Court of Additional district & Sessions Judge-I, Budaun, within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Additional district & Sessions Judge-I, Budaun to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
