¶1Heard Shri Ajay Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred directing the respondents conduct the fair investigation in Gumsudagi No. 20/23, P.S. Kotwali, District Badaun.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to press the application before S.S.P. Badaun.
