¶3At the very outset, Shri Devesh Vikram, learned ACSC raised an objection regarding the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that against the order impugned, the petitioner has got efficacious remedy to file an appeal under Section 5 of the Food Security Act 2006. He submits that, once the efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner, there is no reason or occasion to by-pass the same.

¶4The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question and find substance in the objection raised by learned ACSC, as such we are not at all inclined to entertain the writ petition. In the interest of justice, in case, any such appeal is preferred before the appellate authority within fifteen days, definitely, the same would be considered expeditiously on merits.
