¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to remove the illegal encroachment upon the ''Khad Gaddha" and Chak Road situated in Arazi No.189 area 0.0230 Hectare encroached by the respondent no.5 and 6 situated in Village - CHahbajpur, Post - Mahraunda, Pargana and Tehsil - Soraon, District - Prayagraj."

¶3In compliance of the order dated 11.10.2023, instructions have been placed before this Court by learned Standing Counsel which are taken on record.

¶4On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submits that the case has been registered under the relevant provisions of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶5In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed.

¶6Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record.
