¶1Heard Shri Shikher Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 23.10.2023 in Case Crime No. 0271 of 2023, under Sections 452, 376, 323, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Manth, District Mathura.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedy anticipatory bail/bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
