¶1Heard Shri Arvind Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1, Ms. Tanya Mishra, learned counsel holding brief of Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent no.2-University and Shri M.N. Singh for respondent no.3.

¶2In view of the order proposed to be passed, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondent no.4.

¶3The petitioner has approached this Court with the grievance that her result of B.Ed. (2013-2014 Session) has not yet been declared. In this regard, the petitioner has already approached Registrar of the University with application dated 02.11.2023.

¶4Considering the urgency pressed by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed off directing the Registrar of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's application dated 02.11.2023 after calling report from the Principal of Usha Educational Institute, Agra-Mathura Highway, Beri Road, Farah, Mathura (respondent no.4) on or before 31.12.2023 provided a self-attested downloaded copy of this order is served in the office of the Registrar within ten days from today.
