This is the repeat bail application on behalf of the accused-applicant Ashish Kumar Pandey @ Pawan Pandey involved in Case Crime No. 43 of 2023, under Sections 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station-Darmandganj, District-Mirzapur. The first bail application of the accused-applicant has been decided on merits and it has been rejected by this Court vide order dated

22.8.2023 in Cr. Misc. Bail Application No. 36599 of 2023. There is no new ground in the second bail application except the bail order of the co-accused who was granted bail after passing the bail rejection order dated 22.8.2022 of this Court. Since the first bail application has been disposed of on merits, I find no ground to enlarge the present accused-applicant on bail.
