¶1The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no.4 to issue a certified copy of the sanctioned map no.70/20-21 dated 06.07.2020 and order dated 03.10.2023.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid orders are not being provided to him despite repeated requests.

¶3We permit the petitioner to approach respondent no.4 with a fresh representation along with true attested copy of the instant order and in which event, respondent no.4 will either provide the required documents to the petitioner or if there is any legal impediment, he will pass a speaking order.
