¶1Shri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel appearing for Union of India states that no demolition is being undertaken by the Union of India. According to him, it seems that NHAI is undertaking the exercise in question. However, it has not been impleaded and therefore, no effective relief can be granted to the petitioner.
