From the perusal of record, it is apparent that initially an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut which was rejected by order dated

29.2.2020. The said order was challenged in criminal revision which was also dismissed vide order dated 21.4.2023. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances the learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that there is an alternative efficacious remedy of lodging complaint under section 190 Cr.P.C. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner moves an application u/s 190 Cr.P.C., the same may be considered in accordance with law.
