¶1Heard Shri Yashwant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Vivek Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 15.10.2023 in Case Crime No. 0815 of 2023, under Sections 354B, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Kannauj, District Kannauj.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 664 of 2023 has been fowarded on 23.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
