¶1Heard Sri Monu Upadhyay, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing counsel for State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent no. 2 to 4 to take necessary action for removing the illegal encroachment over Gata no. 21 situated at village Manikapur, Tehsil Deoria Sadar, District Deoria which is recorded as Khalihan in the revenue records.

¶3Learned Standing counsel came up with specific instructions which is taken on record through which he submitted that encroachment over the plot in question has already been removed and as such no cause of action survives for petitioner to pursue the instant petition.

¶4In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, grievance of petitioner has already been redressed in pursuance to the prayer sought through the instant P.I.L and the same stands disposed of accordingly. Order Date :- 23.11.2023 Shaswat High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
