¶1Heard Sri Santosh Mani Shukla, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing counsel for State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent no. 3 as well as Revenue Inspector to fix permanent boundary mark (patthar gaddi) and finalize the proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously within time bound period.

¶3Learned Standing counsel came up with specific instructions which is taken on record through which it transpired that in compliance of order dated 14.09.2023 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Machlishahr, District Jaunpur, proceeding of fixation of permanent boundary marks over the plot in question has already been done by the revenue authorities in the presence of petitioner.

¶4Learned counsel for petitioner also submitted that grievance of petitioner has already been redressed.

¶5In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, grievance of petitioner has already been redressed, no cause of action further survives for petitioner to pursue the instant petition and the same stands disposed of. Order Date :- 23.11.2023 Shaswat High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
