¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.

¶2Learned A.G.A. raised preliminary objection and submitted that applicant is having alternative remedy to file appeal under Section 14-A (2) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for applicant.

¶3Under such facts and circumstances of the case, application 482 is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file appeal.
