By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the learned Additional Principal Family Judge, Court No. 3, District Allahabad to decide and pass appropriate order in Maintenance Case No. 540 of 2018 (Sangita Patel vs. Bashantlal Patel) under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station Saray, District Allahabad within a stipulated time. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending consideration since 2018 before the court concerned. Perused the record as well as the order-sheet. Expeditious disposal of a case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, expeditiously. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the court below i.e. Additional Principal Family Judge, Court No. 3, District Allahabad is directed to make all possible efforts to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.
