¶1Heard Mrs. Anjali Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Santosh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents.

¶2Present writ petition is preferred questioning the validity of order impugned dated 10.10.2023 passed by the respondent no. 1-District Consumer Forum, through its Chairman, Moradabad whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances, once the petitioner has efÏcacious remedy to challenge the order before the State Consumer Forum, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition on the ground of efÏcacious remedy.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in case any such appeal is being preferred within three weeks from today, the same would be considered in accordance with law.
