Withdrawal Application No. 26 of 2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 01.12.2016 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Meerut, however, the writ petitioner submits that certain subsequent orders have been passed, he seeks to withdraw the writ petition. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. Withdrawal application is allowed. The writ petition is withdrawn.
