Applicant-Complainant has filed this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vth, Allahabad to conclude the trial proceedings of Case Crime No. 167 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Kydganj, District Prayagraj in a stipulated period. Learned counsel for applicants submits that applicant being complainant is the victim in the criminal case, which was launched at her instance and though, she was ready and willing to accompany her husband, but the attempt failed as the accused did not agree during the mediation and conciliation proceedings before this Court. He prays that it would be in the interest of justice, if, the necessary directions are issued for conclusion of the trial expeditiously. During the course of hearing, it is not disputed by learned counsel that the subject charge sheet, which was filed on

4.9.2020 was put under challenge by the accused persons before this Court through Application U/S 482 No. 24003 of 2021 and 29190 of 2023 and the same was finally dismissed on 10.8.2023. The above background clearly reveals that accused had availed their remedy in law and their application has been decided recently on 10.8.2023, therefore, at this stage, no exceptional ground is made for issuance of the directions as prayed for.
