¶1Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Ghazipur to decide the pending cases bearing case no.3806 of 2023, Computerized Case No.T202314291003806 (Ramashish and another Vs. Sukkan and others) under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code,, 2006 pending before him within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3The petition has been filed in the month of June itself and a prayer has been made for expeditious disposal of the same.

¶4I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
