¶1After making brief submission, Sri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file evidence before the Authorities in respect of investment made by them in carrying out modernization of the slaughter house, so that their claim is revisited.

¶2Sri Jai Bahadur Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Nagar Nigam, has no objection to the same.
