¶1In compliance of the last order, personal affidavit of Sri Navneet Singh Chahal, District Magistrate, Prayagraj has been filed today. Taken on record.

¶2Paragraph no.11 of that affidavit reads as below: "That the deponent in compliance of order dated 03.11.2023 ensure that proper care and attention shall be taken while marking the applications to the concerned, proper and competent officers."

¶3As to merits, it has been submitted, the application filed by the petitioner has been disposed of vide order dated 20.11.2023.
