¶1Heard Sri Darwari Lal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Hridai Narain Pandey, learned counsel for Respondent No.3 and Sri Krishna Ji Shukla, learned counsel for the Union of India.

¶2Pursuant to the previous order of this Court, Smt. Kulpreet Kaur, the Principal of the Institution is present before this Court with original record.

¶3I have perused the record.

¶4The correction as sought by the petitioner in the name of his parents has been carried out by respondents and original corrected mark-sheet has been placed before this Court.

¶5Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that correction as sought has been incorporated.

¶6In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of providing that the petitioner may appear before the Principal of the Institution for the purposes of collecting the corrected mark-sheet and in case formalities for issuance of the original mark-sheet /certificate are satisfied, the same shall be handed over to the petitioner after obtaining requisite endorsement of receipt.

¶7The original record produced by the Principal is returned to her.
