Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The only prayer made by the petitioner is that a direction be issued to the learned Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No.1, Meerut to expedite and conclude the proceeding of Execution Case No.1344 of 2023 (Smt.Mehnaz vs. Javed Malik and others) arising out of Complaint Case No.3432 of 2019 (Smt. Mehnaz Versus Dr. Javed Malik) under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20 and 22 of Domestic Violence Act, P.S. Lal Kurti, District Meerut within a stipulated period. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is finally disposed off with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
