¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 to decide the Case No. 1871 of 2023 (T202305440601871) Gaon Sabha Aamdeeh Vs. Lalji, Case No. 1872 of 2023 (T202305440601872) Gaon Sabha Aamdeeh Vs. Ramji and Case No. 1865 of 2023 (T202305440601865) Gaon Sabha Aamdeeh Rajiv alias Imlesh), under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before respondent no. 3 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner is not a party to the aforesaid proceedings, therefore, the writ petition at his behest is not maintainable.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. Since, the petition is pending, it is expected that the same will be decided in accordance with law.
