¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

¶2The only prayer made by the petitioner is that a direction be issued to the A.C.J.M.-II, Gorakhpur to decide the Domestic Violence Case No. 453 of 2013 (Shoba Vs. Anil Kumar and others), under section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, P.S. Gulriha, District Gorakhpur, within the stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is finally disposed off with a direction to the A.C.J.M.-II, Gorakhpur to decide the Case No. 453 of 2013 (Shoba Vs. Anil Kumar and others), under section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Gulriha, District Gorakhpur, in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
