Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State-respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that an application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was moved which was rejected by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chitrakoot vide order dated 08.10.2021 subsequently a revision was filed challenging the aforesaid order which was also rejected. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances the learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that there is an alternative efficacious remedy of lodging complaint under section 190 Cr.P.C. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner moves an application u/s 190 Cr.P.C., the same may be considered in accordance with law.
