¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the Respondent-Authority not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioners over Plot No. 737, area-256 square metre (total area 0.2310) situated at Bhogpur, Mithauni @ Shirikui, Pargana, Tehsil & District-Moradabad and also direct the Authority to decide their application dated 18.08.2023.

¶2Shri Dharmendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel appearing for the Development Authority states that the application dated

18.08.2023 will be decided by the Development Authority within such time as may be directed by this Court.

¶3Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Development Authority to pass a speaking order on the application dated 18.08.2023 within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with a fresh representation.

¶4In case a fresh representation is filed by the petitioner within ten days from today along with the certified copy of the instant order, the parties will maintain status quo till such time the representation is decided.
