The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide S.T. No.225 of 2015 arising out of case crime no.2087 of 2014, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 504, 506 IPC (State vs. Santosh @ Bajrangi Yadav), Police Station Ahirauli Bazar, District Kushinagar, expeditiously within a stipulated time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of ten months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
